Return & Refund Policy

At Laryss Sharm, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns
We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request a return, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the item and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection by the customer
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Refunds
If your return request is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable number of business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
